BioI'm a SAHM, happily married, with two kids. I live in Western New York, land of lake-effect snow. I'm not sure how much of a journal I'll have...as I mainly joined up to see what some of my favorite authors on Teaspoon are doing...especially with the recent shake-up.
I first heard of fan-fiction on a site for the TV show ER, and found that I enjoyed some of the stories. Then my interest waned...until I discovered Doctor Who!
But back to me....I was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1964...so that makes me a Dragon, according to the Chinese zodiac. No, I'm not of Chinese descent, just find their zodiac interesting. My husband is also a Dragon, as is our daughter...so my username was a natural. Our son broke the pattern...he's a monkey!
I like most kinds of music...except rap. My tastes run from Pink Floyd and Scorpions to Yanni and Mannheim Steamroller.
I am a big-time NASCAR junkie...my number 1 driver is Jeff Gordon.
I enjoy various sorts of needlework, especially counted cross-stitch, but having kids kind of put that on the back burner....
